Dr. Connelly, the driving force behind the company, draws from her extensive experience as a teacher educator and professor of early childhood education. Through her 25 years of experience she has coached, guided and mentored early childhood teachers to improve their teaching  and support growth and development of children from birth through kindergarten.

In addition to her classroom-based work, Dr. Connelly has helped  program directors to find solutions to challenges impacting quality care through project development, grant writing, project implementation and coordination, goal setting and data collection to assess growth and progress.
